We at HOTiffin kitchens require 1 to 2 working days to start the delivery process starting the signing up date.
Our working week is from Monday to Saturday and if you want to receive your HOTiffin on a Saturday then we can accommodate your request too as we are here to serve you.
Our Kitchens operate 6 days per week and we are sure that you understand and agree that any order needs time to organize the operations, right? So, we request you to consider the holidays and weekends when you make your order. In other words; “If an order is placed on a Sunday, you will have to wait for 2 more days to get your subscription started as our kitchens need a minimum of 1 to 2 days to adjust the operations (unless the kitchen capacities allow it). But we will try our level best to get you on track without hesitation!
Our delivery timings for lunch are between 10 am to 1 pm and for dinner are between 6 pm to 9 pm.
Unfortunately, the exact delivery time of each customer’s HOTiffin cannot be guaranteed on a daily basis; however, for lunch, your HOTiffin will be delivered after 10 a.m. and before 1 p.m. and for dinner, it’ll be after 6 pm and before 9 p.m.
We will require you to provide us with your information, meal plan, contact information and delivery address at least 2 days prior to any delivery. This, you can do one time only when you’re signing up.
Yes, our delivery crew will bring in your HOTiffin the next day and take back the used one. We should remind you that if the used HOTiffin is not handed over to the delivery person then your subscription will be frozen until we receive your old HOTiffin as we only allocate 2 HOTiffins per customer.
Given the current pandemic, unless specified otherwise, all crew will conduct 'zero contact' deliveries. We would recommend adding a delivery instruction when ordering to specify where you would like your HOTiffin left, or alternatively, requesting them to knock/buzz on arrival. This should ensure a smoother delivery to meet your expectations.
